Ouyporn Khuankaew is a gender and development specialist who integrates Buddhist non-violence into her work. She has served on advisory boards for projects like the Burma Relief Center and Earth Rights International and held consultancy roles with organizations such as the United Nations. She conducts training on peacemaking, non-violent conflict resolution, women's rights, and counseling trauma survivors. She has lectured on topics including Thai Women & Buddhism and translated many feminist and Buddhist texts into Thai. Currently, she directs the International Women’s Partnership for Peace and Justice, benefiting many across south and southeast Asia.
